Delivery
We deliver within the UK.
- Standard UK delivery: £5.95
- Free UK delivery on orders of £40 or more
Orders are packed and dispatched from our fulfilment centre, usually on the next working day. We dispatch Monday to Friday, so orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday go out on the next working day.
We're not able to change a delivery address once an order has been placed, so please check your address carefully at checkout.
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, email us at support@uglowtan.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
We don't currently deliver outside the UK.
Returns
You can cancel your order and return unopened items within 28 days of receiving them for a full refund. This is longer than the 14 days required by law.
Items must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed condition. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of tanning water that has been opened or used, unless it's faulty.
How to return an item:
- Email support@uglowtan.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with the returns address.
- Pack the items securely and send them back. You'll need to pay for return postage, and we recommend using a tracked service.
- Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. If you're returning your whole order within 14 days of delivery, we'll also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, please email us at support@uglowtan.com with your order number and a photo as soon as you can. We'll send you a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay any postage.
None of this affects your statutory rights.
