Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our products and services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, set out the terms that apply when you access our website or purchase products from us.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Colours and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your device and screen settings.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products and to limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. Products supplied to consumers must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose as required by applicable UK consumer law.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the products in your order.
You will receive an order acknowledgement after placing your order. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and uGlow will take place when we confirm that your order has been accepted and/or dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or product information error, payment cannot be authorised or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the appropriate amount.
Please check your order and delivery information carefully before submitting it.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£).
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown during checkout before you place your order.
We may change our prices, promotions or offers from time to time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted by us.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions, expiry dates, product exclusions or minimum order values. Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code may be used per order.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We remain responsible for goods until they come into the physical possession of you, or a person identified by you to receive them, except where you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us. This reflects the UK rules governing when risk passes to a consumer.

6. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your rights to cancel an eligible online order and our additional returns arrangements are explained in our Refund Policy.
For eligible distance purchases, UK consumers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to exercise their statutory cancellation right, subject to applicable exclusions.
uGlow also provides the additional returns arrangements described in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in our Refund Policy or these Terms limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products.

The content of this website, including uGlow trademarks, branding, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, videos, text, designs and other material, is owned by or licensed to uGlowtan Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Purchases made through this store are made directly between you and uGlowtan Ltd, not Shopify.
